The role requires 5-8 years of electrical/system experience, with proficiency in SolidWorks Electrical and cross-functional collaboration with customers, suppliers, and regulators. Strong leadership and manufacturing awareness are expected.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5-8 years electrical / system engineering experience.
• Experience with SolidWorks Electrical or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for complete systems or major subsystems.
• Own system-level trade studies (cost, performance, safety, reliability).
• Architect power distribution, control, and communication systems across platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and lead root cause analyses.
• Mentor junior engineers on technical topics.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, or regulatory bodies as needed.
