Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment involving electrical distribution equipment, preferably transformers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate transformer electrical configurations for voltage classes up to 35 kV.
• Perform and verify engineering calculations related to core and load losses.
• Coordinate with mechanical engineering for integration of bushing locations.
• Support certification and testing activities.

Skills

Proficiency with engineering design and analysis tools (CAD, FEA, simulation software)

Strong knowledge of distribution transformer design

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong project management skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
