Where You Will Work

Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. As a Hybrid employee, you’ll engage in virtual collaboration as well as attend in-person meetings at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix or at one of our site locations. Responsibilities
  • In this role, you provide technical advice and guidance for assigned electrical engineering and maintenance projects while supporting electrical projects utilizing new technology to continuously upgrade and improve site safety, operational and maintenance efficiencies, cost controls, quality controls, and environmental protection.
  • Review, investigate, and develop appropriate recommendations, policies, and guidelines regarding electrical engineering or maintenance processes.
  • Manage and support small to medium site engineering or maintenance projects.
  • Assist the Senior Engineer or Area Manager by contributing to corporate strategic planning and budgeting efforts.
  • Develop working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations appropriate to your area of assignment.
  • Administer contracts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment.
  • Support or lead company-sponsored steering committees, task forces, or teams.
  • Working knowledge and experience with industrial electrical equipment and instrumentation.
  • Ability to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to evaluate and implement new methods and techniques for operational improvement.
Qualifications

Advanced degree or Professional Engineering (PE) certification.
