Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking an Electrical Engineer II/III to join a multidisciplined design engineering team, developing mixed signal electronics for military programs and transitioning designs into hardware. Qualifications

  • B.S. in Robotics, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or related field with 2+ years’ experience in Mixed Signal electronics design (Level II).
  • B.S. in Robotics, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or related field with 5+ years’ experience in Mixed Signal electronics design (Level III).
  • Power Supply design experience.
  • Experience with designing High density printed circuit boards.
  • Knowledgeable with Allegro Schematic Capture.
  • Performed simulation & analysis of various circuits under worst case situations (i.e. Worst-Case Circuit Analysis).
  • Familiarity with parts derating guidelines and uses.
  • Capable of developing simulations with LTSPICE or PSPICE.
  • Familiarity with various lab instrumentation, testing, and debugging.
  • Familiarity supporting PCB and PWA layout.
  • Familiarity with high-speed digital design, impedance control, and data buses.
  • Active security clearance is preferred, eligibility for clearance is required.

Job Summary

Textron Systems is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design engineering team during the development phases of an emerging program. The individual will be responsible for developing new designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware. The individual should be familiar with Mixed Signal electronics design, switching power supply design, ordnance initiation and high density PWAs. The individual should be familiar with using Allegro Schematic Capture, PSPICE or LTSpice and other simulation products. Our Design Engineering team is focused on developing and improving new product designs to support advanced emerging programs for military customers.

This role is open at multiple levels. Candidates will be hired at a level consistent with their background and experience:

  • Level II: $92,600-$139,600
  • Level III: $115,800-$176,200
