Job summary

Provisur is an industry leader in precision-engineered food processing equipment, providing a range of solutions worldwide. The Electrical Engineer II position focuses on developing and supporting software for high-speed manufacturing systems and IIoT applications, collaborating with sales, service, and production teams.

You will design, test, and support software for real-time control and GUI development, travel to project sites as needed, and contribute to documentation and engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of embedded software, Process Control, PLC programming, C, C++ (or other high level programming languages).
• Familiarity with servo motors, servo drive technology and industrial electronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write software for Industrial PCs and PLCs using C++, ST, and Ladder Logic.
• Create and modify servo motion profiles using kinematic equations.
• Develop documentation to support engineering in development or modification of products.
• Travel as required to evaluate projects, install and troubleshoot engineering modifications.
