Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years design/production exp in high reliability DoD products.
• Associate degree in Electronic Engineering Technology with 13+ years relevant exp.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for full range of US DoD products and services.
• Lead design, prototyping, verification, and transition to production on complex analog/digital/RF products.
• Manage build-to-print projects as project engineer across multiple functions.
• Develop and implement test plans and fixtures for CCAs and electrical systems.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, and ECP/RFV processes.
• Support other engineering groups with electrical expertise and help update processes.
