Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Electrical Engineer II with 2+ years of experience to contribute to the Test Equipment Directorate. The role focuses on hands-on, multidisciplinary design of test solutions for Raytheon products, working in a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will design interface assemblies, integrate test instruments, and help manage cost and schedule across projects, while ensuring high-quality test systems for production and lab environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
• Eligibility for a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience in electrical engineering including troubleshooting, analysis, and test.
• Proficiency with Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, and Creo Schematic.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate Raytheon test products within Test Equipment.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, adapters, cabling, schematics.
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of projects.
• Identify and resolve issues in development and implementation of test products.
