Job summary

Springtide Project Services, a division of IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC, seeks an Electrical Engineer II to join an on-site design team in Malta, NY. You will contribute to medium complexity projects, focusing on electrical power distribution, life safety, and related building systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering/design experience in building design (lighting, fire alarm, power distribution).
• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit and electrical system design knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepares design computations and estimates for smaller, less complex projects.
• Uses AutoCAD and Revit to prepare engineering and design documents.
• Performs electrical calculations and equipment sizing as part of project design.
• Creates electrical riser diagrams and coordinates with drafters and Project Designer.
