Build the Technology Behind the Next Generation of Vehicles Our Client is seeking a Mid‑Level Controls Engineer to support vehicle controls and software development, electronics integration, and system commissioning. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys taking control strategies from concept to real‑world implementation. You will contribute to the development of prototype and concept vehicles, with a strong focus on vehicle electrification, autonomous technology, and unmanned vehicle platforms. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience developing control algorithms, deploying them on physical systems, working with MATLAB/Simulink, and conducting testing and data analysis.
This is a fully onsite position. Remote work is not available. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required during project surges or to meet critical deadlines. Approximately 10% travel is expected, primarily to testing locations throughout the Great Lakes region. This position is subject to ITAR requirements. Candidates must meet all applicable U.S. export‑control eligibility requirements. Dual citizenship may affect eligibility for this specific assignment.
