Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to contribute to the design and development of electro-mechanical solutions that meet high quality and reliability standards. You will work with cross-functional teams to support project execution and deliver reliable electrical systems.

You will report to the Sr Engineering Manager and work on a Hybrid schedule at Boyne City, MI or Freeport, IL. This role helps Honeywell develop superior products that meet customer requirements and

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering or related roles
  • 2+ years knowledge of electrical design principles, practices, and standards
  • 2+ years proficiency with electrical design software and tools such as CAD and simulation software, with the ability to apply these tools effectively in design and analysis tasks
  • 2+ years of experience with electrical system testing, troubleshooting, and validation processes

You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Boyne City, MI or Freeport, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

  • Experience in Aerospace or related sectors

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

  • Experience with electro-mechanical sensor design


The annual base salary range for this position is $84,800.00 - $106,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
