Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks an Advanced Engineer Support Specialist to provide engineering support across the product lifecycle. You will guide resolution of complex customer issues, collaborate with engineering teams, and help drive process improvements in a hybrid work environment based in Boyne City, MI or Freeport, IL.

You will report to the Sr Engineering Manager, contribute to export compliance and licensing, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, regulatory adherence,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 2 or more years of engineering support experience.
• 2 or more years of experience with quality management systems and engineering support tools to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of engineers to provide advanced engineering support for projects throughout the product lifecycle
• Manage all aspects of configuration control
• Technical report writing
• Lead all NPI related export compliance adherence and licensing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
• Ensure adherence to process quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency

Education

As an Advanced Engineer Support Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing advanced engineering support for various projects and initiatives. You will work alongside a team of engineers, ensuring the successful execution of engineering support activities and the delivery of high-quality solutions.

You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Boyne City, MI or Freeport, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering support operations by providing guidance to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our support processes.

• 2 or more years of experience with quality management systems and engineering support tools to ensure compliance and efficiency

The annual base salary range for this position is $94,400.00 - $118,200.00. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
