Brunswick Boat Group in Edgewater, FL is seeking an Electrical Engineer to research, develop and implement electrical systems for all products. You will design panels, harnesses, and AC/DC systems, ensuring compliance with ABYC/IOS/CE standards and manufacturing efficiency.
The role requires 3–5 years of electrical product design experience, CAD proficiency, and a drive for continuous improvement. Travel about 10% is expected; relocation may be considered.

As part of the talented Brunswick Boat Group Design team, you will be responsible for researching, generating, developing and implementing electrical systems for all existing products. This will include use of Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools to ensure designs are robust and manufacturing friendly. These systems must meet all necessary internal quality and supplier requirements and be executed in the most cost-effective manner. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $59,000 to $85,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
