Chamberlain Group, with a Germantown, WI facility, is seeking an entry-level electrical engineer to support NPD, sustaining, and productivity designs. You will assist in designing control boxes, testing electrical circuits, and developing prototypes while learning from a multidisciplinary team.

You will use Altium Designer for PCB design, evaluate sensors, and document specifications and test results. The role includes travel up to 10% and a strong focus on safety and confidentiality within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• An advanced degree in a directly applicable area of study may substitute for work related experience
• UL 508A MTR or ability to acquire certification within 1 year of employment
• Relevant work experience or Electrical engineering internship (~0.5 years)

Responsabilités

• Review customer orders, design custom products, and release designs as needed.
• Design product models of control boxes and solve manufacturing issues.
• Evaluate sensors for compatibility and firmware interactions.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical circuits with common test equipment.
• Write specifications and test reports to support projects.
• Design electrical circuits and PCBs using Altium Designer.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and protect confidentiality.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
• Maintain knowledge through workshops and professional networks.
