About the Role

Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring Electrical Engineers (PE Level I) to join a growing team in Little Rock, AR.

This is a high-impact opportunity to work on complex infrastructure projects, including healthcare, higher education, and central energy plant (CEP) systems, with a focus on medium voltage power distribution and generator systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop electrical systems, including medium voltage distribution and protection systems
• Support design of paralleled generator systems (MV/LV)
• Create and review drawings and models using Revit
• Perform system analysis and ensure compliance with NEC standards
• Participate in site visits and support project execution
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated designs
• Provide guidance to junior engineers as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of electrical engineering + design experience
• Experience with medium voltage systems + power distribution
• Exposure to healthcare, higher education, or CEP projects preferred
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Solid understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) License required, Electrical PE preferred (Mechanical PE considered)
• $115K–$130K base salary + discretionary bonus
