United Engines, LLC. is seeking an Electrical Engineer I to support the development, design, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of electrical systems used in power equipment, rotating machinery, and industrial applications.

This early-career position offers hands-on experience beyond theoretical design, with opportunities to work in engineering, manufacturing, testing, and field installation while collaborating with senior engineers, vendors, and customers to build practical expertise.

Formación

• ABET-accredited Master of Science in electrical engineering or related field.
• ABET-accredited Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology with 0+ years of experience; or
• Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering with 0+ years of experience in an engineering environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of low- and medium-voltage electrical power equipment.
• Assist with electrical systems involving engine-driven rotating machinery, AC/DC drives, and control systems.
• Read, interpret, create, and revise electrical drawings, schematics, BOMs, and technical reports.
• Use CAD and other engineering software to support electrical product design and documentation.
• Apply basic electrical engineering principles, including circuit analysis and voltage-drop calculations.
• Help select and evaluate electrical and electronic components for new product designs and replacements.
• Support equipment installation, operation, maintenance, and repair reviews to verify design conformance.
• Assist with product testing and research to evaluate equipment feasibility and performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
