Job summary

L3Harris in Wilmington, MA is seeking an Associate, Electrical Engineer to work on diverse programs spanning optical, RF and antenna systems. You will prepare drawings and specifications for complex subsystems and support procurement, testing and qualification activities.

The role covers digital engineering, RF, photonics and hardware verification, with a 9/80 work schedule and opportunities to collaborate with program engineers and customers. A related bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or completion within the last 12 months.
• Eligible to obtain U.S. security clearance (as applicable).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare component drawings and specifications for complex products (electro-optical / opto-mechanical).
• Support procurement and testing to ensure parts meet requirements.
• Communicate with engineers, management, and customers on progress and status.
• Design, analyze, modify, test FPGA and programmable hardware.
