Shield AI is seeking an entry level Electrical Engineer to help bring X-BAT to first flight. You will own a project tied to avionics development and receive mentorship from senior engineers and cross-functional leads.

You will contribute across the lifecycle from concept through manufacturing, with emphasis on robust circuit design, system integration, and rigorous testing in a demanding aerospace environment.

Competenze

• Have a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong technical fundamentals.
• Have been part of an engineering team/club.
• Experience with electrical design software (Altium, KiCAD, etc.).
• Ability to obtain a S//SAR level security clearance desired.

Mansioni

• Own a design that directly impacts the X-BAT system and major flight test milestones with mentorship.
• Full lifecycle ownership: concept, design, verification, integration, flight test, and manufacturing.
• Circuit design for embedded systems including analog, digital, power, high-speed, FPGA, MCU, EMI/EMC.
• System integration and verification; environmental test, qualification, and automation.
• Debug, root cause, and drive resolution for high-reliability systems.
