Job summary

Elbit America in Alabama is seeking an Electrical Engineer I who will research, design, develop, analyze and test a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including displays, sensors, processors, interfaces and test equipment. You will perform design activities, produce preliminary reports and schematics, run validation tests, and take on related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required; a PhD is optional and a Master’s degree is

Job Summary

The Electrical Engineer I researches, plans, designs, develops, analyzes and tests a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including displays, sensors, processors, interface units and other electronic devices; circuitry components; analog and digital computers; and control and test equipment.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Perform design activities as assigned by supervisor
• Produce preliminary reports and analysis
• Produce preliminary schematics
• Run validation testing
• Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education, Experience & License or Certification

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
• PhD is optional
• Master degree is optional
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Specific Degree Field Preferred: Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• Training Pre-requisites (Within One Year of Taking Position):
• ESD
• Safety Training, as dictated by Safety Department
