Electrical Engineer I

We're seeking an Electrical Engineer I to support the advanced planning contract for the refueling and complex overhaul (RCOH) of the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). This position is 100% on-site in Newport News, VA.

The Role

Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of relevant exempt experience.

Newport News Shipbuilding requires a Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program.

Target Salary Range

$75,000 - $90,000
