Position Summary:
The Andersen Windows 100 Series team is seeking an Electrical Engineer with a strong background in electrical engineering, controls, and a passion for strategic thinking. As part of our dynamic team, you will help drive equipment continuous improvement initiatives, implement innovative solutions, and help shape our electrical engineering team’s strategic direction. You will be a key contributor in implementing new and exciting technologies throughout our 100 Series facility in Bayport, Minnesota. COMPENSATION:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $77,255-119,745.
