Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a Full-Time Contract role in Londonderry, NH. The position is 12 months with potential contract-to-hire and a pay range of $80-$82 per hour.

The engineer will support electrical design in high-technology weapon-mounted, helmet-mounted, and hand-held military products, bringing concepts to production. Strong analog/digital, power, and EMI/EMC expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing electrical hardware in defense, aerospace, or medical product fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; SOPs and process control experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical design teams in the development of new products.
• Lead design reviews and collect design documentation.
• Design, development, integration, and test of electrical/electronic modules and subsystems.
• Ensure designs meet EMI/EMC, reliability, and MIL-STD requirements.
• Transition new designs to production and support sustaining hardware.
