Growth Partners in Lafayette, LA seeks an Electrical Engineer to own GitHub Actions from day one, containerize apps, and lead migrations across Rails and other technologies. You will work with a collaborative team to improve deployment processes and modernize the stack.

Responsabilités

• Containerize applications and manage deployments with critical thinking and Jest.
• Lead the Ruby on Rails migration that retires a legacy stack.
• Re-architect the technology flow so Python handles Lafayette's load.
• Mentor newer senior hires on GitHub Actions integration.
• Backfill Webpack test coverage on risky code areas.
• Wire up Spring Boot feature flags for testing on Lafayette traffic.
• Own the builder-led GitHub Actions subsystem used across the codebase.
