Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering required.
• Ability to read electrical, instrument, and control diagrams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear safety gear.
• Willingness to travel for vendor meetings and training.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work and design packages with schedules.
• Evaluate electrical, instrumentation, and control projects to enhance plant performance.
• Troubleshoot and propose corrective actions for system issues.
• Support equipment specifications and BOM updates.
• Participate in equipment checkout, testing, and commissioning.
• Create accurate as-built documentation for modifications.
• Provide input for procedures, standards, and reliability initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, and Maintenance teams.
• Maintain organized work area and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and Applied partners.
• Contribute to regional projects in ND and surrounding states.
