Job summary

Metric Geo, a well-established multidisciplinary engineering firm, seeks Electrical Engineers to join their MEP team in Detroit. You will design electrical systems (power, lighting, life safety) and contribute from concept through construction.

You will work on healthcare, education, commercial, life science, and industrial projects nationwide, collaborating with in-house architecture and engineering teams, with a fast-paced, design-led environment and real ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in MEP/building services.
• Experience in commercial and/or residential projects.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• PE or on track is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems (power, lighting, life safety).
• Work across new build + renovation projects.
• Support projects from concept through construction.
• Collaborate with in-house architecture and engineering teams.
• Contribute to coordinated, buildable designs.
