Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering focusing on power generation design, construction, or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and construction of temporary and permanent power generation plants (gas/diesel generators, gas turbines, solar, hybrids).
• Oversee build and commissioning of power generation infrastructure and integrate with site power distribution.
• Develop maintenance programs for power systems including predictive maintenance and upgrades.
• Perform load forecasting, energy modeling, and optimization for cost and efficiency.
• Collaborate with utility providers to negotiate grid interconnections and design resilient on-site generation.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair power generation equipment; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drive innovation in sustainable power solutions including energy storage and renewables.
• Support long-term facility load ramps and energy procurement planning with cross-team collaboration.
• Report on generation performance metrics and support budgeting.
