This role requires end-to-end design responsibility for the 13.8kV medium-voltage system of the Superpower platform, emphasizing autonomy in engineering decisions. Candidates with 5-15 years of experience will find an attractive salary range between $107,000 and $169,000 based on level, with additional incentives included in the total rewards package.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience for P3 level, 10-15 years for P4 level.
• Experience in electrical system commissioning and protection.
• U.S. citizenship or eligibility required for ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define the MV architecture and protection philosophy.
• Produce coordination studies and MV electrical drawings.
• Own the first energization, commissioning, and testing.
