Responsibilities

• Conduct design reviews to assess functionality and performance of defense electronic systems.
• Collaborate on system integration activities to adopt new or modernized systems.
• Lead engineering investigations to analyze and resolve field performance issues.
• Develop and implement engineering change proposals (ECPs) to modernize legacy systems.
• Assess obsolescence risks and provide cost-effective lifecycle extension strategies.
• Work with a multifunctional fleet support team to resolve fielded system challenges.
• Perform circuit analysis and electrical testing to verify performance.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation related to sustainment.
