Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in defense industry.
• Experience with electrical design software.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain at least a Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design electrical systems, circuits, and components per project requirements.
• Perform load calculations and power distribution analyses to meet safety and standards.
• Build prototypes, run tests, troubleshoot, and provide production liaison support.
• Create detailed documentation including wiring diagrams and harness designs.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate systems into larger projects.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, IEC, SAE standards and environmental and safety requirements.
