The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 2+ years of experience with schematics, PCB debugging, AC/DC power systems, and root-cause analysis. Join a cross-functional team driving quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of electrical engineering experience in electronics manufacturing or high-volume production.
• Experience reading schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience diagnosing PCB-level and system-level electrical failures.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of server and data-center hardware products.
• Analyze electrical failures, support test processes, and review engineering specifications to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product introduction activities, including validation testing and process transfer.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement solutions to improve product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
