Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in electrical circuit design and development.
• Experience with analog, digital, embedded, and power electronics.
• PCB design and schematic capture experience.
• Knowledge of EMC-compliant design practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to engineering and business audiences.
• Ability to work independently and lead across multiple functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify cost reduction opportunities in electrical designs while maintaining performance.
• Design and modify analog, digital, embedded, and power circuits.
• Develop prototypes and validate performance.
• Lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders across sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and product management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and document savings.
