Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university is required, with an electrical engineering background preferred.
- Controls experience, education, or exposure is sought; energy-industry internship or co-op experience, EIT certification, and experience with electrical, controls, instrumentation, or power-generation systems are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support electrical and controls engineering projects, including smaller projects and defined portions of larger projects, while collaborating with engineers and plant personnel.
- Investigate technical issues, assist with studies and testing, troubleshoot systems, and develop cost-effective design recommendations and improved procedures.
