Job Description

CMTA, a Legence company, is seeking an Electrical Engineer with three or more years of experience in Consulting Engineering. The candidate must have a strong and innovative technical background in Electrical Engineering. This position involves working with a team of engineers and other consultants/design team members to design electrical aspects of energy-efficient buildings and complex infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated leader who thrives on helping our team and clients succeed.

Responsibilities include designing electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, emergency power, UPS, renewable energy systems, fire alarm systems, low-voltage systems (IT, safety, security, access control), etc., for bidding and construction projects. The role involves all project phases and requires a proactive, technically skilled individual.

Office Location

Louisville, KY. Full-time, onsite. Remote work is unavailable.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with MEP design
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering
• FE Registration preferred; PE registration a plus
• Experience with Revit/AutoCAD
