Sabanto, an Illinois-Iowa-based autonomous farming technology company, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to own the design, validation, and production release of vehicle wiring harnesses connecting Sabanto's autonomous control system to agricultural equipment.
You will lead component selection, wiring diagrams, 2D/3D layouts, EMI/EMC considerations, and supplier qualification, ensuring robust, manufacturable harnesses used in field deployments. On-site in Ames, IA is required.

You will own the design, validation, and production release of the vehicle wiring harnesses that connect Sabanto's autonomous control system to commercial agricultural equipment. This includes high-current power distribution, CAN and Ethernet communications, RF cable assemblies, environmental sealing, manufacturability, and supplier management.
