Job summary

Jobot is seeking an electrical engineer to design, develop, and review electrical power, lighting, and low-voltage systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects in the Jacksonville area. You will perform load calculations, short-circuit studies, voltage drop calculations, and equipment sizing, while interfacing with clients.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and 4+ years of low-voltage design experience; Revit experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 4+ years of low voltage design experience for commercial buildings.
• Experience with Revit.
• EIT preferred; PE also preferred with compensation scaling with licensure/years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and review electrical power, lighting, and low-voltage systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
• Perform load calculations, short-circuit studies, voltage drop calculations and equipment sizing.
