Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking an Electrical Engineer with experience in Revit and building systems to join the Design & Construction team within the Facilities Department. The role focuses on electrical design for commercial, industrial, or laboratory facilities and to lead project coordination.

Candidates will support conceptual and schematic design development and lead coordination with third-party vendors for new construction, renovation and facility planning projects.

Qualifications

UL Solutions is seeking an Electrical Engineer with experience in Revit and building systems to join the Design & Construction team within the Facilities Department.

This role is ideal for an engineer with a background in A/E design consulting and experience in electrical design and project leadership for commercial, industrial, or laboratory facilities. Project management skills can be further developed through on-the-job coaching.

As part of a growing internal design team, this role will support conceptual and schematic design development and lead coordination with third-party vendors for new construction, renovation, and facility planning projects. The Electrical Engineer will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver lab and technical facilities from concept through construction while maintaining the integrity of UL's global facilities. This role will also support Facility Teams in maintaining and optimizing building systems across active sites.

This is a full-time hybrid (3 days a week in-office) role, and can be located at any UL Solutions office in the United States.
