Electrical Engineer

Pay Range: $75,000 - $110,000/Year

What we’re looking for:
  • Design, develop, test, and document electrical systems (hardware & firmware) for new and existing products
  • Diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions across cross‑functional teams
  • Support full product lifecycle—from concept and design through testing and customer implementation
  • Develop test protocols; analyze data to drive design decisions and performance improvements
  • Apply core electrical engineering principles (power systems, embedded programming, instrumentation)
  • Utilize CAD tools and embedded programming (Altium, SolidWorks Electrical, C preferred)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and communicate project needs
  • Contribute to a strengths‑based, team‑oriented culture and continuous improvement efforts
What you’ll do:

The Electrical Engineer collaborates with internal teams, customers, and industry partners to design, develop, test, and support the electrical components (hardware and firmware) of innovative products and technologies. This role plays a key part in cross‑functional problem solving while contributing to a strengths‑based, team‑focused culture.

Other Key Areas Include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience, required
  • Strong experience with CAD tools (Altium, SolidWorks Electrical preferred)
  • Proficiency in embedded programming (C preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Solid foundation in electrical engineering principles and data analysis
  • Ability to read and interpret technical information and apply scientific concepts
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and integrity

  • Valid driver’s license and passport; ability to travel internationally
