Leeward Renewable Energy is seeking an Electrical Engineer (P2) to support our wind, solar, and storage assets across the United States. You will optimize electrical equipment safety and reliability, analyze protection systems, and manage maintenance programs for substations and collection systems.
You will review fault data, program relays, and coordinate with project teams to resolve issues, while contributing to safety and compliance with NFPA 70E/70B and NEC standards.

Company Overview: This position provides electrical engineering (P2) support on issues in the Leeward portfolio of operating projects with the primary responsibility of providing solutions to improve overall wind and solar plants operating reliability and safety. The goals of this position are to manage and resolve critical electrical system issues that meet company guidelines for safety and compliance. The position requires the ability to manage complex and time sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with the engineering and operations teams.
4-Year Bachelors Engineering Degree Preferred
4 or more years of relevant technical experience; renewable experience preferred
Please Note: This is an in-office role, requiring on site presence in our office a minimum of three days per week with hybrid flexibility of working remotely two days per week, subject to manager and policy approval.
