Piper Companies is seeking a Electrical Engineer to join a consulting engineering firm providing design and engineering services. This is a full-time position based in the Towson/Cockeysville, MD area with a hybrid work schedule.

Essential Duties of the Electrical Engineer:

• Prepare electrical designs to meet client schedules.
• Design electrical, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
• Draft electrical system designs.
• Attend project meetings.

Qualifications of the Electrical Engineer:

• B.S. degree with 3-5+ years of design experience.
• Certifications/licenses such as PE, EIT, or passing the FE exam.
• Experience in the MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) industry.
• Experience with high voltage or low voltage systems.
• Strong design skills with Revit and/or AutoCAD.

Compensation for the Electrical Engineer:

• $120,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
