  • Strong knowledge of primary plant equipment, including HV transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, CTs, VTs, NERs, and associated substation equipment.
  • Experience producing physical HV layouts, single-line diagrams, protection and control schemes, and electrical design documentation.
  • Proficiency in HV power system studies, including protection coordination, load flow, fault level, and voltage regulation.
  • Experience reviewing supplier documentation, vendor drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with utility standards, protection philosophies, and multidisciplinary design coordination.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with utilities, clients, contractors, and owner's engineers.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as project requirements dictate.
  • Expertise in high-voltage electrical design, substation engineering, and power system analysis.
  • Strong understanding of utility standards, electrical codes, and technical compliance requirements.
  • Excellent project coordination and document management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments.
