Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • Strong background in industrial automation, control systems, and robotics integration.
  • Experience with PLCs (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, etc.), HMIs, VFDs, and motion control systems.
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, circuits, controls, and industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
  • Hands‑on troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components used throughout manufacturing operations.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues on production machinery and coordinate timely repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Lead and support automation initiatives including integration and optimization of robotics, PLCs, and advanced control systems.
  • Partner with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment—including highly automated and robotic systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and controls enhancements.
  • Ensure all electrical work meets safety standards, codes, and internal policies.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff on electrical and automation systems.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for electrical or automation‑related issues.
Salary

$90,000–$100,000 per year.
