Responsibilities:
- Propose, develop, and implement new product designs
- Evaluate and optimize existing products for manufacturability and performance
- Select electronic components that meet performance, cost, and manufacturability goals
- Develop and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation for internal and customer use
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to manage design processes, budgets, and timelines
- Provide ongoing support for production teams during design changes and improvements
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation, archives, and reports
Requirements:
- BSEE with 5+ years of industry experience
- Expertise in PCB circuit design: schematic capture, library management, layout, and simulation
- Hands‑on experience with PCB/Electronic system bring‑up, debugging, and functional verificationExperience with microprocessors and peripheral interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, USB)
- Knowledge of DC circuits up to 400V and 120/240V AC circuits
- Proficient with standard lab equipment: digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, etc.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with analog video systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and Eagle CAD
- Strong soldering skills
- Programming experience in C and/or C++
