- Provide technical support to maintenance and operations to improve equipment uptime, capability, reliability and throughput.
- Mentor supervisors, craft, and operation leaders to improve the team\'s overall understanding of the electrical systems in the department.
- Provide technical ownership of manufacturing equipment and systems.
