You will lead electrical projects, coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering and EHS, and ensure designs meet safety and reliability requirements for 138 kV to 480 V systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or 10 years of electrical experience in an industrial environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of high-voltage industrial electrical systems, power distribution, substations, switchgear, and relays.
• Strong working knowledge of NFPA 70E, arc flash hazards, lockout/tagout, and electrical risk assessment.
• Experience supporting electrical systems in heavy manufacturing or high-risk environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Central Maintenance subject matter expert for Electrical Safe Work practices and NFPA 70E.
• Provide direct technical support for plant power distribution from 138 kV yard to 480 V substations.
• Offer PLC and electrical troubleshooting support for Central Maintenance assets.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for 480 V substations and related infrastructure.
• Lead electrical projects ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and reliability requirements.
• Coordinate designs with Central Maintenance, Operations, Engineering and EHS teams.
• Audit installations for design standards and Electrical Safe Work expectations.
