Job summary

Perfict is seeking a hands-on Electrical/Electronic Engineer to design, validate, and integrate circuits for our product lines in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute across digital, RF, power, and embedded systems, performing board bring-up, debugging, and verification using advanced test equipment. Collaboration with mechanical and firmware teams is essential for complete product releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on electrical/electronic product development experience.
• Strong knowledge of circuit design, PCB architecture, and PCBA development.
• Experience with Altium Designer and other professional PCB design tools.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware issues, validate circuit designs, and perform component-level rework.
• Familiarity with electronic testing and diagnostic instruments.
• Understanding of product safety, regulatory compliance, and EMI/EMC testing.
• Knowledge of DFM and DFT principles.
• Experience integrating electronic hardware with mechanical assemblies and embedded systems.
• Basic proficiency in C/C++ and familiarity with hardware-firmware interactions.
• Experience taking electronic products from prototype through production and commercial release.
• Familiarity with PLC-based control systems.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, firmware, mechanical design, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate electrical and electronic circuits for product applications.

• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and design validation records.
• Contribute to prototype development, manufacturing readiness, and commercial product release.
