Job summary

Novozen Healthcare LLC is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the investigation, troubleshooting, and sustaining engineering of surgical robotic medical devices.

You will review investigations, perform DFMEA, root‑cause analyses, and work with field service engineers and cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 1–4 years of experience with at least one hands‑on medical device project are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–4 years of electrical engineering experience.
• At least one hands-on medical device project is mandatory.
• Experience with PCB troubleshooting and debugging.
• Knowledge of DFMEA, RMA, troubleshooting, and design controls.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to provide recent client references.
