Actalent seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and sustain hardware and firmware for medical diagnostic products. You will support existing product lines and lead troubleshooting and root cause analyses in a regulated medical device environment.
The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, 5–10 years of relevant experience, and hands-on MCU-based design. Expect close collaboration with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and other engineering teams in Highlands
This role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and sustaining hardware and firmware for next-generation medical diagnostic products. You will support existing product lines, lead troubleshooting and failure analysis, and ensure products meet stringent regulatory and quality standards in a regulated medical device environment.
You will work in a small, highly collaborative engineering team in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. The role is fully onsite, five days per week, providing direct access to development labs, production areas, and test equipment. The setting emphasizes hands‑on work with electronic hardware, firmware, PCB design tools such as Altium or Allegro, and automated test systems. The culture focuses on innovation in medical technologies, rigorous quality and regulatory compliance, and close partnership with manufacturing and clinical training functions across global facilities.
This is a Permanent position based out of Highlands Ranch, CO.
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
