Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Electrical Engineer for the Imaging team to design, develop, and test advanced electronics for airborne EO/IR systems. You will work on sensor electronics, aircraft interfaces, and power management while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure integration and performance.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical engineering, a degree in EE, and the ability to obtain/maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering focusing on system-level design, development, and testing.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience with analog and digital electronics design, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in laboratory skills, including setting up and running experiments.
  • Familiarity with PCB design tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, development, and testing of electronics for airborne EO/IR systems, including sensor electronics, aircraft interfaces, and power management.
  • Support systems engineering teams in defining and refining requirements based on physics-based models of sensor and system performance.
  • Assist in the design and development of PCB layouts in collaboration with the electrical engineering team.
  • Participate in system testing at laboratory, ground, and flight test levels, providing detailed data analysis and feedback.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and testing of electronic components and subsystems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work closely with technical leads and project teams to support system integration efforts.
  • Document test results, system designs, and processes to maintain thorough technical records.

About The Job

As an Electrical Engineer at Anduril Imaging, you will design and develop advanced electronics for airborne EO/IR systems, focusing on sensor electronics, aircraft interfaces, and power management. Your role will involve hands‑on testing and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure optimal performance and integration of cutting‑edge technologies.

What You’ll Do

US Salary Range

$129,000—$171,000 USD
