Job summary

Wellington Steele & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and develop embedded electrical systems for new hardware platforms in a hybrid Lancaster, PA environment.

You will contribute across the full product lifecycle from architecture to manufacturing support, collaborating with global teams. The role requires a BS in EE with 5+ years of hands-on experience in embedded systems, analog/digital circuits, PCB design, and experience with SPI/I2C/UART/CAN/USB.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years designing and testing embedded electrical systems.
• Experience with analog/digital circuits, DC power, and PCB design.
• Familiar with SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, USB, and microprocessor-based systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform tolerance analysis, derating, EMC debugging, and risk assessments

We’re hiring an Electrical Engineer to help design and develop embedded electrical systems for new hardware platforms. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle - architecture, circuit design, verification, release, and manufacturing support - in a fast-moving, collaborative engineering environment.

What you’ll do:

Details:
