Job summary

RS&H in Jacksonville, FL seeks a licensed Electrical Engineer (PE) to lead and own electrical design across aviation, federal, healthcare, corporate, and science & technology projects.

You will mentor engineers, drive projects from concept to completion, collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to hiring and growth while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (accredited program).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing.
• 5+ years of electrical design experience in building systems.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and NFPA codes.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage projects or staff.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with building and site design projects.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Note: Due to federal contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Revit
• Interest or experience in business development and client engagement
• Ability to obtain multi‑state licensure (NCEES certification is a plus)
