Job summary

Venture Hire Group LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a bilingual Electrical Engineer (Manufacturing) to support manufacturing operations, product testing, and continuous improvement initiatives on-site.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 1–3 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, with skills in electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting. Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of electrical engineering experience in manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of electrical systems, controls, power distribution, or industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting electrical and production-related issues.
• Assist with testing, validation, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve product performance and production efficiency.
• Help develop and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, and testing procedures.
• Analyze production and test data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action activities.
• Support new product introductions and engineering change implementations.
• Ensure products meet safety, quality, and customer requirements.
